Anne Fredericks has over 35 years of senior financial management experience in both the commercial insurance industry and print and broadcast media.
A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in finance, Fredericks has been the chief architect in building the nation’s third largest independent radio news/talk network from an obscure morning radio show in Norfolk, VA over the last 13 years.
A mother and stepmother of three, Anne lives in Pittsburgh with her husband John and their cat, Sammy. She is a dedicated sports fan of West Virginia University, the Houston Astros, Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles, dating back to her Wilmington connections.
Programming Director
Colleen is a broadcast professional with over 20 years experience in Programming and Broadcast Operations. Colleen is the Program and Operations Manager for WJFN-FM and serves as a Program Director for the Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting Group.
Production Director
A veteran of almost 40 years in the media and entertainment industries, with work in radio, records, music production, film, television and digital media.
His list of clients and credits include well-known and unknown legends of business, entertainment and yes, politics. Universal/MCA Records, The King Center for Non-Violent Social Change, Toni Braxton, and the Bermuda Department of Tourism are few of the notables.
Al was the first producer to quietly predict the rise of John Fredericks, long before he made his President Trump predictions. In fact, it is Al who bestowed John with his ever-popular nickname “J-Fred.” He’s most proud of that.
Operations Director
Michael Coleman started his radio career in High School, 2008, as a board operator in Chester, Virginia.
During his time in Chester, he met John and operated his show part-time while still attending Virginia State University. After he received his Master’s Degree from VSU, he became a full-time producer for John in 2016.
3 years later Michael eventually started working in television as a Master Control Operator and now he is back working with John Fredericks and WJFN, WJFV, WMLB, and WJFP
